Soy

At my first NaPro Technology appointment, my doctor told me to avoid soy. “Oh, I don’t eat that,” I replied, thinking tofu. When I got home it seemed everything I touched in my kitchen contained soy or soybean oil- bread, protein bars, salad dressing, chewing gum! I had no idea at the time about soy and estrogen.
